Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Pine Training Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our trainees. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility
- Registration Fee Refund: The registration fee is refundable only under the condition that the trainee does not attend any class. If a trainee has attended any class, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- Non-Refundable Fees: If a trainee attends the first three classes, the registration fee and any other fees paid are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Registration Fee Application
- The registration fee is included in the total fee for the program and will be applied towards the overall cost of the course.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written request via email to support@pinetrainingacademy.in with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your name, enrollment details, and reason for the refund.
- All refund requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
