   Trainees must use a functional laptop for all training sessions. Mobile devices are not permitted as they do not support the full scope of our training tools and activities.

   2. Audio and Video Quality

   Trainees are required to maintain good audio and video quality to facilitate seamless interaction during training sessions. Testing your setup prior to each class is strongly recommended.

   3. Camera On Policy

   Trainees must join all training sessions with their cameras turned on. This fosters engagement and ensures better communication between trainers and trainees.

   4. Quiet Environment

   Trainees should participate in sessions from a quiet, noise-free environment. Avoiding disturbances enhances focus and maintains the quality of the training experience.

   5. Assignment Submission

   All assignments must be submitted via email before the designated due date. Late submissions may not be accepted unless prior approval is obtained from the trainer.

   6. Appropriate Attire

   Trainees are expected to attend classes dressed appropriately in professional or smart casual attire. This demonstrates respect for the learning environment and fellow participants.

   7. Punctuality

   Trainees must join each session at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions and disrupt the flow of the class.

   8. Certification Test

   To receive a certificate of completion, trainees must pass a certification test conducted at the end of the program. Details about the test format and preparation will be provided during the training.

   9. Internship-Based Project

   The internship-based project is an optional component distinct from the training project. Participation in this project incurs no additional cost and is designed to provide practical exposure to real-world applications.

   10. Attendance Requirement

   A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to qualify for the certification test. Attendance will be monitored, and absences exceeding the limit may result in disqualification from the test.
